Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www. trafficrascal.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows trafficrascal.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from trafficrascal.com without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account". You may however on this same page set all emails to go to your site inbox. That way your email box will not get filled up, and you can then come view the ads when you have the time.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international affiliates.


Can I request a refund on my joining or upgrading?
There are NO REFUNDS given on the site. When you join, you are purchasing advertising, once the solo goes out, there ARE NO REFUNDS! When you upgrade, you are not paying the site. You are paying the person that sponsored you into the program, therefore, email that person, they have your money! NOT THE SITE.



Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in your program?
That amount can not be determined It all depends on how many others you refer into the program, and to what levels they upgrade their membership to.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment at anytime you have funds in your account. There is a $1.00 processing fee to receive any funds. The site does not charge any fees upfront when joining or upgrading! We collect our fees only when and if you have earned, not before!

How can I request payment?
Simply send in a request to admin with your username, your Alertpay address and the amount you are requesting. Your funds will be sent to your Alertpay account with in 72 hours.

When am I paid?
Paid within 72 hours of your request.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via ALERTPAY and ALERTPAY ONLY.


Referral Questions:

How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to trafficrascal.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Please visit the Site Earnings page for all details on how, and whay you could possibly earn.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, as you refer people to the site, and they upgrade, the site runs on timed cron jobs, and upgrades are processed manually, therefor things do not happen automatically. Please give the site 24 hours to be updated before sending in a request about referrals, or earnings.

I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different programs and costs?
Click on Advertising at the top of the page, this will explain how the advertising on this site works. You must be a current member to advertise to the other members.
