My account is gone? Each member signing up has a 48 hour window to make the upgrade payment. After which the free account is removed. You will have to resign back up.

I just paid, but my upgrade is not showing, my ads are not in my account? Each payment or upgrade could take up to 24 hours to be processed. Please allow time for this to happen. You can still promote and you will not loose any referrals or commissions by doing so before your upgrade shows.

I referred a few, but I dont get the referral notice right away? Referral notices go out once every hour. So if you referred 5 new members in 10 minutes, the site will send all the notices to you the next time the referral notifier is scheduled to run.

I referred 10 others in, my downline shows 5? This site runs on timed cron jobs. Some ran every 15 minutes, some every hour, some every 4 hours. Please give the site time to catch up before sending in tickets. Some things just need time to be set up, and put into place.

I request $10 for payout, you only sent $9? As stated on the front page of the site, there are no site fees collected at sign up. All site fees are collected during any payouts. The fee is $1.00. If you request a $5 payout the fee is $1, if you request a $250 payout, the fee is $1. We wait until you earn before we do! It's a pretty good deal.

Some one in my downline upgraded over my level before I had the chance to and I lost commissions? Also stated on the details page, this is not a cash leveraging program. Members that wish to upgrade should'nt have to wait days on their upline to okay a payment, or upgrade before them! Everyone can upgrade at anytime. It is up to you to stay ahead of your downline. Everythign on this site is completely voluntary.
